This Modern new construction home is walking distance from Downtown, River Street Park, & Dutchman Creek boat landing/kayak launch! Baseball fans will love being 13 miles to Fuse Ball Park. It is also minutes from the airport & is the perfect place to recharge in between flights.

The whole family will enjoy their adventures here due to all of the amazing attractions in the area! Golf, Museums, & the White water center are all things near by that will make you want to stay here all summer!

Great location , extremely clean and had everything in the house that you would need . Matt was a great host and responded quickly to all our queries. Highly recommend .

White Water Retreat is my go to "Home away from Home". It is the most awesome Airbnb you will find with no hidden unwanted "surprises". The host always responds without delay to my questions.

Matt's home was absolutely Top Tier! As an avid traveler that has had to opportunity to experience many different bnb's, this way by far the absolute best hands down! The home is absolutely gorgeous with amenities galore, it looks exactly like the photos. Everything is insanely well stocked down to a variety of teas and even pre-chilled mugs waiting in the freezer. It literally feels exactly like home and has just such a peaceful vibe throughout. There are tons of live plants, natural lighting and beautiful decorative touches that create such a serene atmosphere.

This is an amazing home. We really enjoyed ourselves and felt right at home. The only complaint I have is that the Master bed was a little to firm for me but other than that the home is amazing. Thanks Matt!

Probably one of the best Airbnb's I've been in; host is fast and responsive and the city/airport are within comfortable Uber distance. Place is immaculately clean and spacious. Couldn't recommend enough

Our stay was great! If we come back to the area I'll definitely book this home again. Very clean and had everything we needed. They truly thought of everything when setting up this home. My little ones even had books for bedtime.

White Water Retreat is Amazing!!! My stay was brief however very relaxing due to the welcoming environment and personal touches. I usually arrive ready to clean however I was astonished at the cleanliness of Matt's place! It was Awesome! The kitchen is stocked with tea and coffee and basic spices as well. You won't go wrong with booking this place for a short or long visit. I really wish I could have enjoyed the backyard with the grill and sitting area. Hopefully next time! Would definitely rate 5++

After the stress of the death of my father, aunt, dog, and dealing with emergency repairs at my home, this house was just what I needed...to have House envy! The decor was relaxing with a beautiful color scheme. It was also spotless and the neighborhood was quiet. The master bathroom was like a spa oasis with a free-standing tub and high-end fixtures. The shower felt like I was stepping in a sauna. Our Host even left us a bottle of champagne. I highly recommend this gem!

We had a wonderful trip visiting our daughter in college. This home had more than we expected and have to say, was one our best stays on Airbnb! We will definitely return!

This place is so charming and incredibly clean! Conveniently located to fantastic restaurants and to downtown - we didn't have time to enjoy the yard but a wonderful fenced backyard with outdoor Edison lights and a grill- can picture a relaxing evening outside on our next stay! A+

The house is gorgeous! The neighborhood is up and coming and it's within walking distance to a neighborhood park with waterfront views. Easy access to whitewater and downtown Mount Holy & Belmont. Our stay was quiet and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this house!

This was a beautiful home! Everything was thoughtfully provided, and it looked elegant in its practicality. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The fully fenced backyard was really fun for my kids to play in. The big bath tub was luxurious! And the welcoming bottle of wine was a lovely surprise! Matt also provided us a great coffee shop and brunch recommendation!

This house was beyond excellent--beautifully decorated but even better was that the hosts had everything we could possibly need during our stay and the home was spotless. The kitchen supplies and tools were really appreciated as we cooked breakfast there each morning. There was even coffee in the pantry! We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood to the local park to get a couple morning walks in---great trail to take a walk around the park and back to the house. The wine our hosts left for was a very nice surprise too.

Top notch rental. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, newly renovated with great furnishings and decor. From the outside, it may look like a small home, but once you step inside it is very spacious. Communication with owners was quick and helpful. A perfect rental for me and my two teenage boys as a home base for our visits to the Whitewater Center. We stayed during labor day weekend and found the neighborhood to be very quiet. A great value for the rental price, and one of the best I've stayed at. I look forward to staying here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and super clean. It looks better than a five star hotel. It belongs in a catalog. The pictures do not really showcase the quality, space and beauty of this house. The air conditioner works great and the bathrooms are large with great water pressure. The neighborhood is up and coming, however, the property is incredible. The most beautiful and comfortable property I have ever stayed in.

Needed a get-away for a few days and this was the perfect place!! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! If you're looking for a quiet spot with room for your extended family, I would certainly check this cabin out. The nights on the screened in back deck were so calming, all you hear are the soothing sounds of nature. For us it was all about relaxation which we took total advantage of and were well rested. Everything was perfect and the cabin is very well represented with the photos and the amenities. Also, the host is great!!

Great place for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, kayaking in the lake, and cooking in the big open kitchen. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy some privacy and spend time together as well. Just perfect!

We had an absolutely idyllic stay at Matt’s cabin. We loved exploring the lake and visiting the nearby beach with the kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked. The place is very spacious. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing house! We had a family trip with kids, grandparents, aunts and uncles- perfect for all ages. Layout works great for large groups. We had kids in primary bedroom with us- young adults stayed up late in basement and it stays very quiet upstairs. Neighborhood amenities were a huge plus. We used the kayaks and canoe (with some inner tubes pulled behind) and ventured to the community beach from the property. We even walked across from the beach to the stream and were able to use the rafting tubes to ride the stream to the front of the community. All around great time and highly recommend. … added plus that the kitchen is FULLY stalked with anything you need for cooking. Host is very responsive and communicative if you need anything.

This place was nicer than we imagined and has too many things to write about but I will try. Matt, the host communicates great, is extremely accommodating, and a very kind man. The house is beautiful, clean, and has an open floor plan that is very comfortable and relaxing. The screened in porch upstairs is a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning and great for enjoying a beer in the evening without having to deal with those lovely North Carolina bugs. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and have everything you need if you forget a thing or two. Matt has outfitted the kitchen completely. We had four adults and seven kids and never felt short on dishes or utensils. I made all sorts of food and every time I searched for something, it was there. Matt also made sure that there was coffee and all sorts of seasonings. There is a nice fire pit, kayaks, a canoe, and paddle board with life vests. This is an amazing place for families and well kept. We will return.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem nestled in the blue ridge mountains. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by breathtaking views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The cabin was clean, charming, and very hospitable for my large group of friends. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty to do. We played pool downstairs, sat in the hot tub on the outdoor patio, and had a fire every night. We spent a lot of time on the lake that you have private access to. We took the kayaks, paddle board, and this big floating pad out from the cabin and would make our way to the beach on the other side of the lake. It was an absolute blast! Civilization is still within reach if you don’t want to cook every night. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure had some great places to eat. A little further away is Sierra Nevada Brewery which is just incredible if you enjoy craft beer. I highly recommend getting their wings if you go. Overall we really enjoyed our experience here and made great memories!
